The Royal Library Garden

Like a little secret oasis in Copenhagen, the Royal Library Garden is hidden among the historic buildings on Slotsholmen island in the city centre. Here, you can say “I do” at a small and intimate wedding ceremony in the shade of old trees, between flowerbeds and with the trickling sounds of the little fountain in the background.

Copenhagen City Hall Garden

Copenhagen City Hall’s garden just might be the most secret green spot in the city.

Here, you can have an intimate wedding ceremony between the beautiful red murals and with the lovely sound of water from the Bear Fountain in the background.

In case of rain

If the forecast predicts only a few drops or brief showers, the ceremony will take place with the lovely sound of raindrops on umbrellas as a backdrop.

In case the weather does not look suitable for an open-air wedding at all, your ceremony will be moved to one of the beautiful rooms at Copenhagen City Hall.

Jazz cruise

Climb on board one of the city’s popular tour boats and say “I do” on a different and festive cruise to the strains of jazz.

The boat departs from Kvæsthusbroen/Ofelia Plads in the city centre and will cruise Copenhagen’s harbour and canals. Jazz Band by Johan Bylling will be playing on board.

The tour will last approx. 2,5 hours.

You will share this special wedding day at sea with seven other couples. There is room for each couple to bring up to four guests.
