The Circle Bridge

With its red railing and high masts, one of Copenhagen’s most beautiful bridges looks like a ship at quay in the harbour opposite The Black Diamond. Here, you can be married with a view over the water and a fresh sea breeze in your hair.

After the ceremony, you can celebrate your day how you want to – maybe with a glass of bubby by the water or with a sailing trip in the harbour?

The Circle Bridge is designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Olafur Eliasson and opened in 2015.

The Glyptotek

Enter the magnificent word of ancient marble bodies, mummies and oil paintings that is the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek. The museum contains a unique collection of more than 10,000 works of art and archaeological objects with every room offering new experiences of colours, styles and architecture.

Here, you can say “I do” at a wedding ceremony surrounded by antique sculptures in the museum banqueting hall, which is created as a Roman marble colonnade.

The Royal Opera

If you are looking for a memorable wedding ceremony, this is a unique opportunity to say ”I do” in one of Copenhagen’s iconic buildings.

The ceremony will take place in the foyer on the first floor. From here, you have a view over the city’s skyline on the other side of the harbour and above you, the three magnificent light sculptures created by Olafur Eliasson are sparkling.

Amager Beach Park

Sand between your toes, the fresh sea breeze and your significant other by your side... If you always dreamt of an informal and romantic beach wedding, Amager Beach Park is the perfect location. Here, you can get married at the water’s edge with a view over the Sound.

The ceremony will take place close to Beach Station 2.

Amager Beach Park is Copenhagen’s largest beach. It consists of a two-kilometre artificial island with soft dunes, creating a lagoon almost 400 metres wide.

Ørstedsparken during Copenhagen Pride Week

While the party during Copenhagen Pride Week takes place in the city streets, you can say "I do" in a memorable wedding ceremony on the bridge in the park Ørstedsparken late in the afternoon.

The park is one of Copenhageners’ favourite green spots, founded on parts of the old Copenhagen fortifications. Here, the bustling city life is forgotten for a moment among the tall trees, and statues of all sizes hide everywhere around the paths.

The Culture Tower

Are you dreaming of a small and intimate wedding in the heart of Copenhagen? Here is your chance to say “I do” in one of the iconic bridge towers on Knippelsbro bridge.

The tower offers a spectacular view of the city skyline and the city’s inner harbour which is buzzing with summer life this time of the year. Below you, small ferries, tour boats and kayaks are passing under the bridge leaves.

King's Garden

The more than 400-year-old park in the middle of the city is one of the capital’s most popular meeting points for walks, sunbathing and relaxation on the neatly trimmed lawns.

You can now choose to say “I do” underneath the pergola in the southwestern corner of the park, with a view to the castle Rosenborg’s renaissance towers.

The many old trees provide countless shaded spots in the garden - ideal for a small celebration with your closest friends and family after the ceremony.
