Wedding ceremony in the National Museum’s banquet hall

Would you love a wedding ceremony in spectacular and historical surroundings?

In the National Museum’s banquet hall, you can say ‘I do’ between the tall columns and interior from 1672, when the hall functioned as King Frederik III’s private library.

Please note that it is not possible to stay in the hall after the ceremony, and that it is only possible to bring up to 40 guests, including children, photographer etc.

How to book a wedding appointment

To book an appointment, you must first apply for a certificate of marital status. When your application has been approved, you will receive a link to the booking system. Here, you can choose between the available times at the open-air weddings yourself.

Shortly after you have booked your appointment, you will receive a booking confirmation with further details about the day.
