Ørstedsparken during Copenhagen Pride Week

Rainbow open-air wedding ceremony

While the party during Copenhagen Pride Week takes place in the city streets, you can say "I do" in a memorable wedding ceremony on the bridge in the park Ørstedsparken late in the afternoon.

The park is one of Copenhageners’ favourite green spots, founded on parts of the old Copenhagen fortifications. Here, the bustling city life is forgotten for a moment among the tall trees, and statues of all sizes hide everywhere around the paths.

After the ceremony, there are plenty of opportunities to celebrate your day - both on the park's beautiful lawns or elsewhere in Copenhagen, which just this week is all set up for party and celebration!

In case of rain

If the forecast predicts only a few drops or brief showers, the ceremony will take place with the lovely sound of raindrops on umbrellas as a backdrop.

In case the weather does not look suitable for an open-air wedding at all, your ceremony will be moved to one of the beautiful rooms at Copenhagen City Hall.
