Say ”I do” among goats, chickens and flowerbeds
Are you looking to have a different, untraditional wedding in Copenhagen? On a date that will be easy to remember in the future? Then you can be married at an intimate autumn ceremony among goats, chickens and raised flower beds in ByOasen by ’De Gamles By’ (’The Old Peoples’ City’) in Nørrebro on 10 October 2020.
ByOasen is a small green oasis in the middle of the city, full of life and where generations meet. Local schools and daycare centres grow vegetables, there is an orangery, pygmy goats, chickens in the chicken run and rabbits digging holes in a small hill. It all takes place on a large lawn with tall trees, perfect for an intimate ceremony in the middle of one of Nørrebro's green spots.
If the weather allows it, the ceremony will take place outside by the raised flower beds in their autumn colours. If we are hit by autumn rainfalls, the ceremony will be moved into the cosy orangery with a view to the park.
Saturday, 10 October 2020 between 10:00 and 16:00.
An open-air wedding ceremony costs 950 DKK.
